Food Production Facility – Finland

For this project, the client requested the creation of an as-built Revit model of a meatball production factory located in Finland. The business information modeling scope included both architectural and MEP disciplines, with special focus on the machinery involved in the production process.

These machines, essential to the industrial workflow, were modeled one by one using Revit’s model in place feature, reaching a Level of Development (LOD) 400. This allowed for a highly accurate representation of both geometry and key components necessary for future planning and coordination through effective business information modelling.

The result was a comprehensive and detailed BIM model of the facility, especially in the critical process areas, providing a reliable basis for analysis, maintenance, and future upgrades.
