Grosvenor Casino (Mixed-Use Building)

iDigital was commissioned to produce an accurate 3D BIM model of this multi-use building, which includes a pub, nightclub, casino, and residential units on the upper floors. The goal was to capture the existing conditions of the structure from a point cloud survey and develop a digital twin for architecture and structure at LOD 300 using Autodesk Revit.

The building’s complexity and variety of functions made precision essential. Our team created a detailed model faithfully reflecting the building’s geometry and construction elements, which served as the foundation for producing reliable 2D architectural and structural plans directly from the BIM environment.

This project highlights iDigital’s ability to deliver high-fidelity Scan to BIM services for mixed-use facilities, helping clients transition from real-world assets to structured digital documentation for analysis, planning, and compliance purposes.
