Roston Court (Residential Project)

At iDigital, we deliver high-precision digital models tailored to real-world needs. In this project, we developed a complete Scan to BIM model from a point cloud survey of a two-storey residential building with a total area of 1,300 m².

Using Autodesk Revit, we modeled both architecture and MEP systems to LOD 300, ensuring all visible components in the point cloud were faithfully represented. The model was created to support regulatory compliance and facility maintenance, with a particular focus on generating detailed Fire Asset Plans and Lighting and Power Plans.

This project demonstrates our ability to transform reality capture data into intelligent BIM models that support building operations, safety planning, and future renovations. Our team ensures each element is modeled with precision, enabling seamless integration into broader asset management strategies.
