Tipton Leisure Centre – United Kingdom

In this BIM project, we were tasked with developing a comprehensive BIM model of the existing conditions of a public swimming pool located in the United Kingdom (UK). The work was carried out in Autodesk Revit, using a point cloud provided by the client as the primary data source.

The scope focused exclusively on modeling the building’s exterior façade, internal plant rooms, (architecture, structure and MEP) and the topography of an adjacent parking area. These areas were developed to Level of Development (LOD) 300, suitable for planning and coordination purposes. The rest of the building’s interior was not modeled.

The main purpose of the BIM model was to support the spatial and technical planning required for the future installation of a large-scale machine inside the facility.

This project is a strong example of our point cloud to BIM services, delivering accurate and functional Revit models for public buildings and technically demanding environments.
